2. Contact
For any question about an order, a refund, or your data, email us at info@ancestrify.io. We aim to respond within two business days. This is also the address to use for any request under data-protection law.
3. What we sell
Ancestrify sells one-off DNA ancestry analyses delivered as digital reports. Prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. The full contractual terms are in our Terms of Service, and your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Data protection
Digital Cube is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. How we handle your data — including genetic data, which receives additional protection as special-category data — is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Online dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the EU and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute-resolution body in your country of residence. We are not currently obliged to participate in, and do not commit to, proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us first — we would much rather fix the problem.
