Questions

  • Is this a subscription?

    No. Every analysis is a single one-time payment, and each report stays in your account afterwards. There is no plan to cancel and nothing renews.

  • What does one payment cover?

    One analysis of one person's DNA: the report, its maps and videos, and every later visit to it. Buying a second analysis of the same file is a second one-time payment, and the file itself is reused rather than uploaded again.

  • What are the add-ons?

    Optional extras bought inside the order form, each a one-time price listed in the table above. None of them is required to receive the report you are paying for.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Refunds follow the refund policy linked in the footer, which states exactly when an order can still be refunded and how to ask. Write to us from Messages in your dashboard and we will handle it there.
