Snoring (POC5)
Whether people report snoring.

What the research found
In the cited research, the T allele at rs2307111 was associated with a higher tendency to report snoring in the studied cohort.

A DNA Traits report reads this marker in your raw DNA file and shows which of the three genotypes is yours, with how common it is. It counts the copies of the studied allele; it does not measure the trait itself.

What it cannot tell you
Snoring was taken from a partner's or housemate's complaint, so people who sleep alone count as non-snorers. The variant is also one of the stronger body mass index markers, which may carry part of the link.
